Try Before You Buy

Glide offers a free tier that lets you process up to 300 subtitle entries per file — no account or credit card required. We encourage you to try the product before purchasing to make sure it meets your needs.

14-Day Refund Window

If you purchase a Lifetime License and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the license key has not been used to process files beyond the free tier limit.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@glide-bionic.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout. We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
